Strutter AI is an AI-powered RFP management platform that helps procurement teams generate complete RFPs in minutes, automatically score vendor responses, and recommend the best vendor. Instead of spending weeks writing RFPs, reviewing proposals, and comparing candidates in spreadsheets, teams describe what they're procuring and Strutter AI handles the rest — from generating tailored RFP documents with sections, requirements, and weighted evaluation criteria, to auto-scoring every vendor response on submission with detailed explanations. Key capabilities include AI RFP generation, automated response scoring, smart vendor matching and recommendations, AI-assisted editing, and side-by-side comparison matrices. Strutter AI serves both buyers creating RFPs and vendors responding to them, with AI response drafting and secure invitation links for seamless collaboration.
