**What do you like best about Structured?**

We appreciate they are innovating at the pace all organizations are now required to; releasing new features, added functionality and simplifying the UX for partners. The platform integrated with our CRM/PRM which was a core requirement for us, as well as SSO to ensure partners didn't need another log in to remember. We recently implemented new AI features and while results are to-be-measured as time goes on, it is important to us in our partner software stack that a strong AI roadmap existed.

**What do you dislike about Structured?**

Migrating to a new platform is a tall task, but also common with many platforms today. We also struggle with accelerating adoption.

Partner demand generation at scale, supporting the long tail, showing tangible benefits of AI in our partner programs

**What do you like best about Structured?**

Structured is a great partner, genuinely. Campaign Creator (our name for the platform) delivers where it counts: centralized and built for partner marketing, not something adapted to partner marketing. Partners can find, customize, and deploy campaigns quickly and cost effectively. Every time I conduct a demo, Partners are excited and amazed at the power and ease of the platform. 
What sets Structured apart, though, is the AI. They're not dabbling — they're leading. The dedicated LLM ensures AI-generated content stays on-brand, which matters enormously when you're managing marketing at scale across a partner ecosystem. As an organization committed to being AI-forward, it's validating to see our technology stack reflect that.
The in-platform 24/5 customer support is another differentiator — responsive, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful when you need them.
And the team? Fantastic! From C-level to developers and CSMs, they listen, they build what customers actually need, and they deliver. 
If you're evaluating partner marketing platforms and want one that's built for where AI and partner ecosystems are heading, Structured is worth a serious look.

**What do you dislike about Structured?**

What do I dislike about StructuredWeb? If I have to point to something, I’d say that as it grows, more layers are being added to the organization—which is understandable with growth.

**What problems is Structured solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Structured helps our Partners get up and marketing sooner rather than later via leveraging our digital demand generation assets through their platform. The co-branding and customization capabilities are critical to our at-scale Patners. And as an AI-forward organization, the AI-powered functionality is a plus as well as being a time-saver.

**What do you like best about Structured?**

Structured brings much-needed structure and scalability to partner marketing. It centralizes enablement, campaigns, assets, and automation in a single platform, which streamlines execution for both internal teams and partners. The user experience is intuitive, and that ease of use helps drive adoption across a diverse partner ecosystem.

The AI capabilities are a real differentiator. Translation, localization, and content customization help us activate partners globally without adding operational overhead. Features like campaign automation, co-branding, and multi-channel distribution make it easier for partners to launch programs quickly while staying aligned with our brand and messaging.

The team is highly responsive and clearly invested in innovation. Their roadmap shows a strong focus on AI, integrations, and partner-led demand generation.

**What do you dislike about Structured?**

Nothing in particular. What I would say is that, like many evolving platforms, the integrations with certain marketing and CRM systems are still maturing. As those connections deepen over time, reporting and workflow automation should become even stronger.

**What problems is Structured solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Structured solves the fragmentation that often limits channel marketing performance. Many organizations rely on multiple disconnected tools for enablement, content distribution, campaign management, and reporting. That creates inefficiency, higher costs, and lower partner adoption.

By consolidating these capabilities into one platform, Structured reduces operational complexity and improves partner engagement. Partners know where to go, what to run, and how to execute. Internal teams gain better visibility into campaign activity and performance.

When it comes to Channel Marketing Automation, Structured is a class of its own. It's an innovative, comprehensive platform that enables users to create, distribute, and manage marketing programs with and through partners. Its ability to create authentic, relevant content delivers great results. Structured is intuitive and easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Structured?**

It sounds trite, but I haven't found a downside of using Structured or working with the Structured team.

**What problems is Structured solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My organization is resource-constrained. Structured not only makes marketing programs easier and faster, but it's efficient and cost effective relative to what it would take conducting similar campaigns without it.

Structured new AI product is a partner marketer's best friend. The generation of relevant campaigns and content matched with the ability to translate that content is unrivaled.

**What do you dislike about Structured?**

Nothing really to dislike outside the fact that it is built and priced for the enterprise use case, which may make it harded for emerging programs adopt.

**What problems is Structured solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Partners come in varying shapes and sizes. Structured allows even the most lean and inexperienced folks within a partner community to deliver world-class campaigns.  The more sigficant impact though, is the most strategic partners leveraging the platform to drive high volume and value leads back to the program, and ultimately their top line.

The AI translation and content tools are especially valuable — partners can translate and localize campaigns instantly, which has expanded our global reach. By moving from multiple tools into StructuredWeb, we reduced costs, simplified management, and created a far better partner experience. Ease of use, flexibility, and scalability make it a strong platform for partner-led demand generation.

I am happy to see that the team is investing heavily in AI for partners. They have a strong roadmap beyond the current services and capabilities.

I like StructuredWeb for many reasons. The attention to customers is exceptional, with a responsive and knowledgeable team that makes onboarding and ongoing support seamless. They are progressive and continue innovating and enhancing the platform to stay ahead. They are focussed on marketing excellence, which ensures that users have access to tools designed specifically to drive results.

I think they are still working on ntegration capabilities with certain platforms. I am sure it will catch up soon.

StructuredWeb enables us to take a new outlook on how we approach channel marketing. We are newer users so we’re excited about the platform’s ability to centralize everything in one spot because it is significantly easier to collaborate with partners and streamline our marketing efforts. Unlike others in its space, SW marketing capabilities are built for the future—tools like campaign automation, co-branded asset creation, and multi-channel distribution have been transformative in saving time and ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.

StructuredWeb is very intuitive and user-friendly. I love how I can create assets, emails, and landing pages all in one spot. The usability and features have come a long way since I used the platform years ago.

Some account managers aren't as responsive when needed.

StructuredWeb is replacing multiple marketing tools and creating a one stop shop for all marketing needs. Our partners can easily cobrand assets and activate marketing campaigns with just a few clicks.
