**What do you like best about Structured?**

Structured brings much-needed structure and scalability to partner marketing. It centralizes enablement, campaigns, assets, and automation in a single platform, which streamlines execution for both internal teams and partners. The user experience is intuitive, and that ease of use helps drive adoption across a diverse partner ecosystem.

The AI capabilities are a real differentiator. Translation, localization, and content customization help us activate partners globally without adding operational overhead. Features like campaign automation, co-branding, and multi-channel distribution make it easier for partners to launch programs quickly while staying aligned with our brand and messaging.

The team is highly responsive and clearly invested in innovation. Their roadmap shows a strong focus on AI, integrations, and partner-led demand generation.

**What do you dislike about Structured?**

Nothing in particular. What I would say is that, like many evolving platforms, the integrations with certain marketing and CRM systems are still maturing. As those connections deepen over time, reporting and workflow automation should become even stronger.

Structured solves the fragmentation that often limits channel marketing performance. Many organizations rely on multiple disconnected tools for enablement, content distribution, campaign management, and reporting. That creates inefficiency, higher costs, and lower partner adoption.

When it comes to Channel Marketing Automation, Structured is a class of its own. It's an innovative, comprehensive platform that enables users to create, distribute, and manage marketing programs with and through partners. Its ability to create authentic, relevant content delivers great results. Structured is intuitive and easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Structured?**

It sounds trite, but I haven't found a downside of using Structured or working with the Structured team.

My organization is resource-constrained. Structured not only makes marketing programs easier and faster, but it's efficient and cost effective relative to what it would take conducting similar campaigns without it.

Structured new AI product is a partner marketer's best friend. The generation of relevant campaigns and content matched with the ability to translate that content is unrivaled.

Nothing really to dislike outside the fact that it is built and priced for the enterprise use case, which may make it harded for emerging programs adopt.

Partners come in varying shapes and sizes. Structured allows even the most lean and inexperienced folks within a partner community to deliver world-class campaigns.  The more sigficant impact though, is the most strategic partners leveraging the platform to drive high volume and value leads back to the program, and ultimately their top line.

The AI translation and content tools are especially valuable — partners can translate and localize campaigns instantly, which has expanded our global reach. By moving from multiple tools into StructuredWeb, we reduced costs, simplified management, and created a far better partner experience. Ease of use, flexibility, and scalability make it a strong platform for partner-led demand generation.

I am happy to see that the team is investing heavily in AI for partners. They have a strong roadmap beyond the current services and capabilities.

What I like most about StructuredWeb is their innovative approach to product development, always rolling out new features like Channel GPT, AI assistant, and more. The platform is also very user-friendly, whether you're an admin or a partner user. Their customer support is great, and I absolutely love the drag-and-drop feature that allow us to quickly create a variety of templates for our campaign materials, without coding knowledge.

Some features can be a bit rigid when it comes to our unique customization requirements, which is understandable. I trust that StructuredWeb is always open to customer feedback and continuously working to improve the platform.

**What do you like best about Structured?**

Unlike other systems in the marketing today StructuredWeb is only focused on TCMA and therefore have the best platform. They have the most advanced features and functionality (e.g ChannelGPT) of any TCMA system and have a great team to support clients. If I have to suggest any TCMA platform my #1 suggestion is StructuredWeb.

The platform is very easy to use, integrates into every and any system needed, and because they have some very useful tools partners actually frequently use the system (unlike most marketing platforms).

**What do you dislike about Structured?**

Pricing could be more pick list (of features and functionality clients need), as well as a larger focus on B2B2C TCMA capabilities.

**What problems is Structured solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I suggest StrucutredWeb when my cleints need: 
- Co- Marketing Capabilites
- Have a large need around collateral localization (the translate capalbilites are game changing for every client)
- Through Channel Marketing (Digital, Display Ads, Paid Marketing, Email, Webinar, Social etc...).
- Marketplace needs
- Content Syndication (Video, Documents, Microsites, Lead Forms)

I've been working with StructuredWeb for years, across multiple organizations. We needed an agile, flexible solution that optimized our through, with and for partner marketing efforts. With limited Human Resources, we also needed intuitive and content-rich solutions that gave our partner community choice, ease of use and variety of offerings.

StructuredWeb has a lot of very robust features and modules that allow us to customize how we want to use their solution and ramp up to full capacity. Front end functionality very easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Structured?**

Occasional slow response on ticket times, some functional confusion around roles and responsibilities. Backend UX/UI could be simplified to remove redundant and non-functional buttons.

**What problems is Structured solving and how is that benefiting you?**

StructuredWeb helps us deploy robust marketing campaigns to channel partners with lots of customizability both on the front and back end, interesting features and functions and an organized project management module to simplify tracking and reporting. Lead generation really allows us to consider but not rely on a sometimes incomplete eCommerce journey.

- The fact that they keep up the pace with latest trends in the industry.
- A dedicated team that syncs with you regularly and addresses your needs on many levels, such as UX issues/improvements, reporting, bugs and technical issues, new features, strategy for increasing partners' adoption of the platform

Some features/UX items can not be personalized or applied to one client only. Or, if they do, implementation can take long time. But luckily, these features are most of the times the "nice-to-have", not the critical ones.

Structured Web offers a marketing automation tool, that a wide range of partners access to execute co-marketing campaigns. This leads to easier co-marketing campaigns implementation and quicker sales cycles.

We needed a platform that would engage our larger partners more actively while especially making it easier for smaller resellers to deploy our campaigns seamlessly. We needed robust tracking and metrics capabilities and some degree of customization/flexibility in the platform.

The variety of applications they have to offer, the level of customer service they offer in learning, knowing and engaging with all that their product has to offer.  Not to mention the value it holds for our partners to be able to leverage tools like this that assist them in our GTM strategy.

**What do you like best about Structured?**

I was just thinking today, "StructuredWeb offers SO MUCH" - their platform does more than what meets the eye. On the surface it's a place to share campaign collateral. 

Dive deeper and you will see it sends emails, links to social media to schedule social posts, captures event registration and sends confirmation emails, has a lead managment portal, has a huge admin backend to build assets and see reports on campaign performance, and the list goes on.

Platform UX:
- They are always looking to improve the platform and have built custom pages for our instance.
- Their new drag-and-drop landing page and email editors make customization for partners so much easier than their old editor!

Working together:
- Friendly and approachable team! I know I can ask them anything and share any platform ideas and they will be considered.
- Really kind and responsive customer support.

**What do you dislike about Structured?**

Platform UX:
- Error messages and glitches. These often resolve when I click the same item again.
- Strict limitations to create banner images and co-branded PDFs (which do not currentlyuse a drag and drop editor)
- Backend reporting overwhelming and confusing.

Working together:
- Missing a clear customer content-delivery system + way to communicate platform limitations and possibilities (i.e. for campaign tactics/assets, page lay-out, platform feature add-ons).

**What problems is Structured solving and how is that benefiting you?**

StructuredWeb enables us to share co-branded marketing content with our users using customized pages. They have merge fields that give users a head start in adding their unique touch, and then finally SW allows the user to deloy the asset within the platform or to download it to use in the user's preferred platform.

Content cooperation increased among our teams and other partners. Also go to market tools allows for far better lead tracking and processing.
The user interface is super simple to use which proves great while implementing the solution.

Sometimes we felt over overwhelmed with the sheer amount of features, many of which we did not necessarily need.

What do I dislike about StructuredWeb?  If I have to dislike something, I guess it is the change in approach with support pricing. But I understand why those changes were made.

The platform offered significant flexibility. We were able to customize the partner experience based on our brand including the domain URL while personalizing the hub for different partner types. We were able to offer marketing plus sales capabilities for our channel partners, including cobranding enablement, lead and opportunity management and extensive reporting. Plus, we built a way for vendors to easily upload, create and manage their marketing and sales content. Overall, this was a huge differentiator vs. other marketplaces.

The best part is channel partners could easily cobrand vendor-provided content, which reduced the number of requests from partners to vendors. 

Partners were happy because they had one place to learn about and find sales and marketing content, so they didn't have to spend hours finding what they needed to sell vendor products. 

Vendors were happy becasue they had one place to enable their vast networks of partners and were able to attact new partners.

We were happy becasue the value to both vendors and partners increased the stickyness to our distribution platform.

Structured Webs platform has been honed over many years of engagement with the world's top manufacturers and marketing with their partners.  Beyond the technology, the team is great at listening and likely the best supporting staff I've ever worked with.
