The modules cover a typical permit set from loads to foundations: - Dead and live loads: dead loads built assembly by assembly from ASCE 7-22 Table C3.1-1a, and live loads by occupancy from Table 4.3-1, including the roof live load. - Seismic loads: ASCE 7-22 Equivalent Lateral Force procedure, from site class and the seismic force-resisting system to base shear, story forces, overturning and diaphragm forces, with force diagrams. - Wind loads: ASCE 7-22 Directional (Chapter 27) and Envelope (Chapter 28) procedures, with the four load cases, torsion, roof uplift and pressure diagrams. - Wood and steel beams: multi-span beams and cantilevers in sawn lumber, glulam, I-joists, LVL, LSL and PSL per NDS 2024, or W-shapes, HSS and pipe per AISC 360-22, with shear, moment and deflection diagrams for every load combination. - Wood and steel columns: effective length from the NDS end-condition table, axial plus lateral load, and steel columns per AISC 360-22 Chapters E and H. - Floor joists, ceiling joists and rafters from the 2024 IBC span tables, plus TJI spans and Simpson Strong-Tie hanger selection. - Wood-frame shear walls per SDPWS 2021: draw the walls on the building plan, and the story shear is distributed to each wall line automatically. Includes Simpson hold-downs and SABR anchor bolts, end posts and collectors. - Isolated and strip footings per ACI 318-25: bearing, overturning, sliding, one-way and punching shear, flexure and development length. - Cantilever retaining walls per ACI 318-25 and IBC 2024, with a concrete or solid-grouted CMU stem (TMS 402-22), sloped backfill, groundwater, surcharges and seismic earth pressure. StructSuite is built for plan check. Every step shows its equations with your numbers substituted, and a book icon beside each code value quotes the code paragraph it comes from. The printed report lists every input that changes a result, including the options left off. Modules are combined into one project and printed as a single calculation report behind a cover sheet and table of contents. Each report carries a verification link that a plan checker can open online to walk through the calculations.
