Structo is project management software built specifically for contractors and construction businesses. It covers the full job lifecycle in one place: upload plans and drawings (PDF, DXF, images) with built-in measurement tools, track timelines on a Gantt chart or Kanban board, manage suppliers and job costs, and generate client-facing estimates and invoices (with e-invoicing support where required). Structo AI can analyze uploaded plans to generate a draft material and labor estimate as a starting point. Crews clock in from a free mobile app with GPS-verified time tracking that feeds directly into payroll and job costing. A built-in Tax Center organizes income, deductions, mileage, and 1099 contractor summaries by quarter. Only the people running the business day to day need a paid seat — field workers and clients always use the free app.
