Our secure web app is an easy to use user interface to enhance point of service revenue collection. Our online patient payment portal is integrated with our revenue integrity/revenue cycle management software. Patients can pay their bill on-line and seamlessly via your practice website. Mobile payment is integrated with the platform as well to offer another patient payment convenience. Patient finance is integrated with our platform as well and offers the patients and your practice with a low cost opportunity to help patients fund their care. The revenue integrity software platform also allows for the scheduling of sculpted payments to help levelize the cost of procedures – when the revenue integrity and patient finance are combined, your practice can offer your patients with a powerful secure, scheduled payment solution – you collect more, take on less risk and offer a service to your patients that can create more case acceptance. This, plus payment convenience, creates a win-win for patient and providers. The patient finance solution can be utilized via the revenue integrity software (again, a user interface for you practice managers to utilize) – we can also install a patient finance link on the finance tab of your website that would allow both patients and practice mangers to apply/help patients apply for financing. Patient finance is non-recourse to your practice. It is ideal for elective type procedures where there is an evaluation, an estimate and then the procedure is scheduled and completed. There is no cost to your practice for patients to apply and/or accept funds from our pool of lenders. ## StrongBox Dental Reviews ### 1. Significant Reduction in Outstanding Accounts Receivable **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Medical Practice | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** April 01, 2019 **What do you like best about StrongBox Dental?** We started using StrongBox 7 months ago and it has really improved our collection rate. The ability to store credit cards on file and create payment plans has reduced the number of bills we send out. The patient is emailed a receipt every time the payment plan installment goes through. No shows have been a problem for us in the past and having a credit card on file that patient knows is available to be charged if they miss an appointment makes it less likely that they will not show for an appointment. They also call ahead if they can't make an appointment because they know they will get charged. **What do you dislike about StrongBox Dental?** We do not have many complaints about the software functionality. We do however wish the software integrated with our practice management software. We were told that this is in the works. **Recommendations to others considering StrongBox Dental:** We have been pretty happy with the product. Bottom line is that it saves money, reduces billing and increases cash flow. **What problems is StrongBox Dental solving and how is that benefiting you?** Reducing outstanding A/R and reducing bad debt on the books. ### 2. Great reporting and support staff.
