Good customer support and quick integration without the hassle of installation as such. Also the analytical dashboard is Fantastic to use and gives good KPIs. So being on the network introduces slowness due to the IP packets travelling through multiple network devices, but using StruveCast it simplified the peer to peer streaming and avoids the RTT latency of the network devices. Strivecast took part in conversations with the customer For all questions we had a person to talk to Offers came quick with reasonable pricing Great competence during video conferences No question was left unanswered Quick to action - Installation of the optional server has been easy and quick Great support during the event Optimization of local live streaming peer-to-peer clusters has been an ongoing process Monitoring during the event by tech experts Great analytics and transparent figures that track efficiency of the peer-2-peer live streaming As a German provider we had no stress with GDPR The solution worked great with the German 3Q live streaming plattform Available for the post-event meeting Moderate pricing for all that service A definite recommendation.
