"Strive is a goal setting tool"

What do you like best about Strive?

I like that I can set goals and access evaluations under one platform. The idea is to document training, goal setting and progress in one location! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Strive?

We had to go through Strive this year to complete our staff development hours. This proved to be very difficult as we discovered lots of program glitches with the integration of our region and Strive online trainings We ended up having to go to numerous websites to upload certificates and some never loaded Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Strive solving and how is that benefiting you?

It’s nice to have a go to for all goal setting, training, and performance evaluations I look forward to using the program again next year with the assumption that program glitches will be fixed! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
