The payment hasn't been released or refunded to the customer, which feels like theft. The support team has been unresponsive despite my multiple attempts to reach out. They only send the same ambiguous, unhelpful responses. I moved away from Stripe because it was a nightmare dealing with them. Customer service needs instant chat with real people, not just a bot.
