Easy Invoice Billing Updates, But Coupon Redemptions Are Hard to Track **Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Claire M. | C, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026 **What do you like best about Stripe?** It's really easy for customers to update their billing straight from the invoice, saving me time from doing it for them and saving them from having to contact our team. **What do you dislike about Stripe?** Coupons are hard to discern; I haven't found a way to view all accounts that have redeemed a particular code. It would be great if I could pull a list at any given time of accounts that have redeemed a code. **What problems is Stripe solving and how is that benefiting you?** With our previous software, customers had to reach out to us or us to them to update billing information. I love that Stripe puts a link in the invoice where a customer can do it themselves.
