**What do you like best about StringeeX?**

Its features are both business and customer centered in that;
It automates business processes by combining AI technological solutions chatbots and many more and this helps to automate work processes to improve labor productivity. 
It offers real-time monitoring through its analytical overview and then issues a detailed report employee KPI as well as contact center performance. This results in effective management and administration support.
It easily integrates with a firm's ERP and CRM mobile app system and this increases customer satisfaction and employee efficiency 
The features are easily customizable with a user-friendly interface. 
Implementation is very fast and easy.

**What do you dislike about StringeeX?**

It is not easy to reach their customer support. This is an area they should work on

**What problems is StringeeX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes it easier to communicate with customer and thus we are able to meet their needs effectively
We have improved in our customer satisfaction levels

**What do you like best about StringeeX?**

StringeeX provides a communication solution that's not reliable nor user friendly. The voice quality is unclear nnot ensuring conversations. The interface is not intuitive making navigation difficult for me.

**What do you dislike about StringeeX?**

With a limited range of features, like call recording and transcription productivity is. Workflows are complicated. The weak API integration needs to provide customization possibilities. The cumberosem customer support from StringeeX is problem.

**What problems is StringeeX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The pricing structure of StringeeX is difficult making it hectic to determine service costs. This lack of transparency result in expenses for businesses. At times the customer support provided by StringeeX is slow and unresponsive which cause delays in issue resolution or receiving assistance.

**What do you like best about StringeeX?**

They were quick to resolve any dropped call issues I encountered. The customizable features and user friendly interface make it an excellent tool for resource management. I have no complaints about this product and my only suggestion would be to add reporting capabilities.

**What do you dislike about StringeeX?**

This limitation hampers decision making and strategies for improvement. The absence of integration options with business tools restricts workflow management.

**What problems is StringeeX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The team Assisted in resolving any issues I encountered. This level of support is vital for my business. I am now able to deliver a customer experience with it.

**What do you like best about StringeeX?**

The recording and monitoring call are the features I like best. StringeeX helps us record all conversation between agent and clients. Our management becomes easier from when we use StringeeX. The interface is very beautiful and most features are easy to use.

**What do you dislike about StringeeX?**

There is not a lot of dislike within our company for StringeeX. Our agents sometimes have dropped calls but the support team resolved for us very quickly.

**What problems is StringeeX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to monitor real time and know the quality of every agent in our team. With StringeeX, we can respond all customer quickly without missing. We save time and call fee from when using StringeeX.

**What do you like best about StringeeX?**

The proper management of Outbound and Inbound calls along with an Omnichannel helps Crete an integrated source to verify and understand what the customer actually wants. The fact that it is affordable helps me cut costs yet receive the very same results.

Stringee would be suited for any company and is looking for a product that helps with inbound and outbound calls because of it a very cost-effective software for this purpose. The fact that we get abundant features within the given price range makes it the best choice. To be able to integrate data from different platforms is essential in today's world and I couldn't have been happier.

After having used StringeeX, I have no negative remarks to leave. Its customizability and ease to use do help me better manage my resources.

Yes, the customisability of the entire features helps use the software glitch-free.

At Stringee, I have been able to use the software easily and glitch-free. it helps me manage my data and calls through an omnichannel so that I reach the appropriate results. The fact that it is affordable and much cheaper than the market helps us cut costs yet receive the very same results. **What do you like best about StringeeX?**

Working remote, so StringeeX is so incredible to help us. It allows me to use my phone when I am away from my desk because it's connected to the internet. I can support our customer quickly everytime in everywhere.

**What do you dislike about StringeeX?**

Sometimes there are connection issues that break our app. But the main reason is because of the telecom. The customer service of StringeeX is very supportive.

**What problems is StringeeX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I strongly advised going with StringeeX Call Center.

**What do you like best about StringeeX?**

StringeeX has great reporting. It is easy to track performance and measure agent's productivity. The omni-channel features are very useful for us to respond customers quickly on any channel they choose to connect with our business. No missing Lead anymore.

**What do you dislike about StringeeX?**

StringeeX has not supported Line that many customers contact with us on this channel. Hope that Line can appear on StringeeX soon.

In comparison with other competitors, we already choose StringeeX because of full features with best price. Let's go for it.

**What problems is StringeeX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our management becomes more effectively and easier from when using this software. It helps us improve our customer satisfaction and save us a lot of call fees.

**What do you like best about StringeeX?**

Very easy to use and almost all fields were easily customizable. I loved their 24/7 customer support too. Never had a problem so far but they were always available to answer my questions.

**What do you dislike about StringeeX?**

So far I have no complaints about this product.

If you want a fully customizable SDK that will increase your productivity, profits, and customer service quality then StringeeX is the software for your business!

**What problems is StringeeX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used this for our Bed and Breakfast business. We had problems keeping all records of my clients (past, present, and future!) but using this SDK we easily classified all our clients records with the ticketing system. Their information was easily stored so it amazed return customers how we were able to remember their room preferences and past check ins. It organized our whole business! Plus with the integrated call app inside the software we were able to call clients without using our phones/landlines. Everything was done with one app. Amazing!

The best feature for our business is the recordings for analytics. This feature helps us improve our agents' success and make better experience for customers.

**What do you dislike about StringeeX?**

I do not have much to complain about. But I would like some additional reporting.

An amazing software for Calling service. The ease of use helps our training agents very simple and quick

The ring tone is sometimes weak when connecting. But I receive support from CX team quickly and everything is okay.

**What do you like best about StringeeX?**

It is very easy to use that I can always use it to manage customer support and transfer tickets between teams. When customers interact with us in any channel such as: Phone, Social, Livechat, social, we can answer them immediately.

**What do you dislike about StringeeX?**

The Iphone app is not fully stable, but it seems that this happens because of my old iOS. However, the customer supports respond me quickly when we request.

We are helping customer solve problems and making sure that they feel satisfied with the service we provide. "
