My contact (Caroline) was the best thing about utilizing Strike Graph. Her knowledge, support, encouragement and responsiveness are the best. She truly wants you to have a successful audit and cares about getting you though the process! I would highly recommend taking a look at them. The sofware/application is VERY user friendly and the templates that you can utlize are very good and thought out. Strike Graph made HIPAA compliance much smoother for us by helping identify risks, manage controls, and document everything needed for audits. The ability to export data and use policy templates saved us a lot of time. Plus, the GDrive and Jira integrations were a big plus, making it easier to keep everything in check. I like seeing the graphs change according to my treams progress, sharing the responsibility with stack holders, the policy templates and the email notifications on expired evidence and the fact I get notified on time!

Aside from a easy way to store evidence, the automated collection reminders are what separates the platform from just creating your own Sharepoint storage. The platform is easy to use and you can understand the requirements of SOC 2 type 1 & 2 . The employees are always willing to answer your questions. also easy to implement the gaps.
