I use it daily and we’ve found it incredibly easy to navigate, manage, and maintain our SOC 2 compliance program. It’s been instrumental in helping us stay organized and on top of our audit requirements with minimal friction and implementation was a breeze. Given its ease of use it is difficult to find fault, however I would personally like to see more reporting capabilities including smart formatting for .pdf outputs such as the "Security Overview" report, it would be super cool if the pdf file included a tick and wording like "in place" or "in progress" for each control the same as it does on screen.
