I like how it is set up easily and color coordinated. You can filter easily to consolidate your controls and evidence. I also like how the compliance dashboard shows you the progress made. It was easy to learn when I onboarded. The chat box feature has been my best friend. Between the AI feature and live representatives, I always find what I need.
