Strey is our go too tool for operating our company. We use it for everything from meetings to staff 1x1 and reviews. Regardless if you follow EOS or other business managment methodlogies the Strety is a powerful and easy to use tool to operated your busienss.

The system has deep integrations into our other systems allowing To-do and other data to flow back and forth between the systems.

It's super easy to use. Makes running meetings very streamlined but the added fun elements help as well. Integration with Asana was a big deal with our team. Customer Support is very quick and personal. Reviews is an added bonus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We follow EOS and were using another tool previously. As I talked to Strety about what they could do, I decided to look further. The integration into Teams made it a no brainer to make the switch. We are all in Teams all day, so when we need to add something to an agenda it is easy to pop in and add it. Honestly, I can't think of much that there is to dislike. It is really easy to talk to them and they will let us know where our item may be in deveopment, or they seek to understand how they can tweak the tool to meet our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Strety ensures that the structure and intent of EOS are able to be fully integrated into core processes and day-to-day activities within our organization. The solution integrations -- especially Microsoft Teams -- keeps Strety and our EOS work top of mind and easy to access for everyone at all levels within the company, eliminating unnecessary communications and keeping lines of accountability clear. Overall solution functionality is fantastic and easy to learn and use, with minimal administrative overhead. The HR review functionality puts managers in the drivers seat, ties to existing company Rocks, Values and Scorecards and ensures cross-functional visibility and input for team member development. The team at Strety is incredibly responsive and is thoughful re: the development of additional features (read: time savers). Strety allows us to easily run our weekly team meetings by organizing all the key data in one easy to use application (scorecards, to-dos, issues, etc). I also love the ability to easily send issues to other teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
