**What do you like best about Street.co.uk?**

After an extensive search evaluating numerous CRM systems, our company made the decision to adopt Street.co.uk. This transition from our previous CRM, to Street.co.uk has proven to be one of the best business choices we have made. 

A key factor in our selection of Street.co.uk was their innovative features that other CRM providers just do not offer. Their straightforward pricing structure allows us to clearly understand costs as our usage scales. The speed at which they add new features is faster than anything else we've ever seen!

Street.co.uk has also enabled improved efficiency and productivity. The Street.co.uk platform provides robust CRM capabilities that seamlessly integrate with other systems. Our team now has complete visibility into customer interactions and data through intuitive Street.co.uk dashboards and reports.

The support team are also phenomenal, shout out to Corey, Elliot, Sam and the rest of the team who are super patient but always on hand.

Overall, the switch to Street.co.uk has been a huge win for our company. We are delighted with our choice to use Street.co.uk as our CRM solution.

**What do you dislike about Street.co.uk?**

It's very difficult to state something that we don't like with this system. In the past, I would have said the lack of Open API but this has now been rolled out and we are now able to integrate with anything we want!

**What problems is Street.co.uk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's allowing us to be more efficient with our processes and helping us towards a totally paperless way of working. It's allowed our teams to be more productive and focus on 'dollar productive' activity. The UI is 'so simple to use that the training for new staff is so minimal.
