I love the mobile app. I move around alot and work remote and I can work from anywhere with their app. I have had a great experience with no issues and have had great customer service. As a technical expert, I especially like that they are very responsive to any questions I have had. Smartbox especially the new cloud storage version software and it is one of the best tools for us to sharing documenting our knowledge-base. Smartbox does a good job as a tool for writing, organizing and viewing all kinds of documentation. One thing that I don’t like about this particular software is that it doesn't allow me to make certain edits in my documents and also i cannot make changes with toolbar as well. Searching the documents is not very easy and it is sometimes difficult to find the right content when needed.
