It's also the only software for live streaming that goes in-depth into the settings of how to stream, at what codec and resolution and at what speed. **What do you dislike about Streamlabs?** Whilst this has been improved since the initial release, it can be a little bit hard or tricky to first run Streamlabs and set everything up. However, their Documentation is really helpful with that. Maybe more themes or an ability to change the colors on themes? I tried to change a green neon colored background to purple neon and I wasn't really clear how I could do that. I can stream my camera as well as a whiteboard or a PDF at the same time which was really helpful. 4) If the internet connection is gone, you can restart the stream when you have connected again and the link will remain the same which is really helpful. 5) You don't need to enter anything on Youtube's streaming page. Streamlabs manages everything and all you need is to connect the accounts. You can start a stream within a few seconds. 6) The ability to set thumbnails for videos was also beneficial. The feature of sharing desktop audio was also helpful for me. **What do you dislike about Streamlabs?** When you choose to stream with your phone, the Streamlabs app uses your resources significantly due to which your phone lags and even gets hot within 30 minutes of starting the live stream, which is why I won't recommend streaming through Mobile. On the other hand, the desktop app is very stable and reliable. **What problems is Streamlabs solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were able to live stream various programs and webinars to Youtube and Facebook simultaneously, and we were also able to host sessions with our students. Some features are restricted to the PREMIUM version, which is understandable. **Recommendations to others considering Streamlabs:** If you don't have professional video equipment, Streamlabs is perfect for you. I created 4 or 5 short streams of less than 5 minutes. They only way I could test it for my church was to subscribe. Since it did not function as well as regular OBS I requested a refund. I was denied. If you want a refund of the Prime version you must request it within one hour of your subscription. How can you test all of the functions in one hour? If you have the Pro version you can cancel up to 14 days after you subscribe. But the more expensive Prime version cannot be cancelled for a refund. So now my church is stuck with an annual subscription for a product that won't work for us. I would STRONGLY recommend using XSplit if you need dual streams. The tech support people there will work with you almost immediately. I was testing Streamlabs OBS because the interface looked simpler, I need other people to fill in for me.
