Support: The pipelines are extremely stable but whenever we have a question they are on it immediately. Easy to use and cost: We don't need to worry about anything. Data arrives in seconds, it's easy to create additional pipelines - just nothing to worry about really. We switched from fivetran and saved about 90% for faster speed of data ingestion. **What do you dislike about Streamkap?** Not a dislike but awaiting their dbt adapter so that we can do more transforms in the pipline before data arrives at our data warehouse **What problems is Streamkap solving and how is that benefiting you?** Lowered our latency to seconds - this is useful across the company in dashboarding and other operational activities such as syncing data out to esp Streaming data also out to our recommendation engine and this is used across our website to provide real-time recommendations that update in seconds Lowered our costs yet delivered data faster ### 2. Wide range of destinations available for streaming the data. The customer support service is excellent and prompt. Implemented real-time reporting for the company using streaming data and also developed real-time personalization for e-commerce. **What do you dislike about Streamkap?** While the pipeline statuses are occasionally inaccurate, the team is prompt and actively working on improving them. **What problems is Streamkap solving and how is that benefiting you?** Streamkap data replication enables real-time analytics, allowing businesses to make decisions based on the most up-to-date information. But it is fixed now ! **What problems is Streamkap solving and how is that benefiting you?** With Streamkap we can get data from our main mysql database and different sources in our BigQuery datawarehouse. It allows us to reduce the stress on our database while getting real-time data in our BI tool quickly. ### 4. Support is great, fast response times and rapid fixes when needed - Reliable data processing, with easy capabilites to completely resnapshot tables when needed - Allows us to keep a really useful historic record of how our db has changed over time **What do you dislike about Streamkap?** - Initially some aspects of the UI needed to be accessed via support, but this is constantly improving and the need to use support for new setups is diminishing. **What problems is Streamkap solving and how is that benefiting you?** It allows us to easily process realtime customer and order updates and display these in custom near realtime dashboards to stakeholders across the business. -
