They'll attempt to dig into the issue and not just provide canned responses. We like that they continue to improve their featureset and hopefully continue to do so in a timely manner. **What do you dislike about Stream Chat?** There are notable features missing like the ability to jump to a specific message in a channel. The ability to sync chats to a video for chat replay would be nice as well. **What problems is Stream Chat solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use Stream as our backbone for all things chat in our system, and they allow us to spin up chat-related products quite easily and quickly. Our users are present all over europe and are interacting between each other in the best way they can. We did our integration with stream's frontend sdk as well as the dot net core backend sdk. The integration was quite straightforward. **What do you dislike about Stream Chat?** I disliked the initial rate limits set around specific calls.
