One can upload time, non-work hours, as well as, update balances with the import tool. This makes it easier when handling large groups of employees. **What do you dislike about stratustime?** It'd be awesome if adjustments that are added could be removed through an upload file as well. At the moment, we haven't found a way to remove time card data through an upload file, thus, rendering it all a manual process. **Recommendations to others considering stratustime:** If you have large groups of employees being able to import time data to the system is a time saver. **What problems is stratustime solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use stratustime for timekeeping, punch clock, time off accruals, and payroll. It is a great tool with vast features to improve and simplify the timekeeping process. ### 2. You can also approve if everything looks good or edit/add the times. **What do you dislike about stratustime?** I do not dislike anything at this time. **Recommendations to others considering stratustime:** Great product for keeping track of the hours worked, schedule, and PTO. **What problems is stratustime solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am able to see my PTO accrued time and request my vacation days using my available PTO times. Love that I can simply add the times that I worked even if I was not able to clock in because of bad reception in my phone. ### 3. You can see your shift duration clearly, and also you can request PTO with a simple click. You can also see your PTO balance as to how many hours you can still request off. There is also the web punch option, great to keep track of employee's times. It is great that it shows your shift durations. **What do you dislike about stratustime?** I think it could get a more modern design, but overall it works really well. The overall design looks a bit outdated, but it is really clear and easy to follow, so it doesn't hinder any capabilities. Some of the images are a bit childish, from a design standpoint. **Recommendations to others considering stratustime:** It is very straightforward, works well with iPad to clock in. It is easy to go in and check your hours, and export historical data. I use it every day to clock in and out and it always records time accurately. **What problems is stratustime solving and how is that benefiting you?** Clock in, clock out, request time off, see daily hours. It also records meal times and break times. We use it in the warehouse and it works really well for everyone. It is easy to login and works really well with our iPad. Great tool for companies that need to keep track of their employee's hours. I would highly recommend this kind of solution. ### 4. It's so simple that anyone should be able to use it without issue. Clock in/out and breaks are recorded accurately and time-off requests and records of PTO, sick, and vacation time are easy to find and keep track of. **What do you dislike about stratustime?** Nettime has come a long way and before the interface wasn't the best. The only gripe I have is when it comes to the mobile version. It's kinda difficult. **Recommendations to others considering stratustime:** I've used various pieces of software for keeping track of employee punches and breaks and Nettime has become of the better ones just for it's quick and user-friendly interface. I highly recommend it for any medium sized business. **What problems is stratustime solving and how is that benefiting you?** Keeping track of employees hours and time-off is a breeze now. Logging breaks and meals is very intuitive. The requesting time off system is painless and easy to use. ### 5. PTO tracking is no longer a nightmare for us and is very accurate even with a complex PTO system. **What do you dislike about stratustime?** I wish there were more onsite training classes versus the video training. **Recommendations to others considering stratustime:** Make sure you have a thorough implementation before rolling out and don't hurry! **What problems is stratustime solving and how is that benefiting you?** Meeting the FLSA requirements.
