**What do you like best about Celerant Technology?**

The Stratus POS can run on any tablet and you can manage your business from wherever you are.  The technical support team is very helpful and knowledgeable.  Celerant has an awesome client conference every year where you can attend and meet their staff, other clients and learn all about the new features and integrations they developed in that past year.  Each year, there are many more enhancements and features which helps keep retailers competitive.

**What do you dislike about Celerant Technology?**

Celerant adds new features on each year- whether it be curbside pickup apps, mobile shopping apps, new digital marketing hub, best store fulfillment and a ton more.  It makes technology accessible for SMBs that was really only once available for big box.

**What problems is Celerant Technology solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having a central database for all sales channels.  Stores, eCommerce and shopping apps all in one system with connected data in real-time.

It is a good software to start your business with and it has less technical knowledge required.

**What do you dislike about Celerant Technology?**

Sometimes I feel the slowness because of the bugs they should fix it soon.

It helps in managing multiple stores from one single software so you can handle different stores easily.

**What do you like best about Celerant Technology?**

Centralized database with pleathora of features like ERP, Mobile app, SEO, etc is the best part of this.

**What do you dislike about Celerant Technology?**

Dashboard look decent, it could be more robust. Its kind of more generic application, nothing specifically core.

**What problems is Celerant Technology solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Primarily we are using it for ERP purpose. Earlier we are using Oracle ERP, but its pricing looks more, hence we decided to switch without impacting our core business.

**What do you like best about Celerant Technology?**

I like how helpful the staff is and are willing to help you with any problem or issues that come up while using their system. They try to stay advanced and updated to stay modern and relevant.

**What do you dislike about Celerant Technology?**

I don't particularly appreciate how the system is not editable by the ones using it. If you want something changed, you have to request it and wait for it to be sent out in an updated or pay an extra charge for it to be added.

**What problems is Celerant Technology solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is solving the problems of not tagging clothing, getting enough data, or being able to track what is selling at a deeper level. Having this data gives the organization an upper hand.

Very easy system to learn use and makes the registers easy to use

There are some glitches here and there but we work through them

We use celerant in the accounting department to look for receipts, and other accounting things for the stores. It works very well and helps having access to the stores information with out having to have them send things

**What do you like best about Celerant Technology?**

Stratus is an Advanced software platform that ties together our multiple physical stores and indoor firing ranges with a top-tier e-commerce solution. From POS transactions to training class & resource scheduling, the front of house utilizes many data points to connect with our customers. Our back office staff utilizes powerful elements to analyze customer behavior and convert results into targeted promotions, emails, and personal contact.

**What do you dislike about Celerant Technology?**

While the back office web application scales well on multiple desktops and tablets, I'd like to see a scaled back phone-optimized interface.

**Recommendations to others considering Celerant Technology:**

After a sales demo, ask Celerant for reference to see the system "in action" at another retailer in your sector.

**What problems is Celerant Technology solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customer Profiles, POS transactions, club memberships, recurring monthly payments, training class registrations/rosters, gift card sales, vendor drop-shipping, electronic Purchase Order submittals/acknowledgements, range resource allocations, Min/Max Automatic POs, employee security/data access, advanced email marketing system, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Online Sales of both in-stock and "at-warehouse" products, automated web image/description download

**What do you like best about Celerant Technology?**

I've used this software for a long time so I am comfortable using it, and know how to navigate it and its many issues.

**What do you dislike about Celerant Technology?**

This program requires frequent restarts, and very specific orders of action for it to be used successfully. If you make one mistake in one process, you usually have to go back to the beginning and start over. In some shifts, I've spent more time trying to fix mistakes or wait for the program to be up and running correctly. We've had to call for help with this software multiple times per month. It is also complicated to teach this software to a new employee, along with its many issues.

**What problems is Celerant Technology solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A quick, somewhat easy user interface to process inventory, orders, and shipping.

**What do you like best about Celerant Technology?**

In general, the software is easy to navigate. At bare minimum it serves the functions necessary. 

**What do you dislike about Celerant Technology?**

The program requires frequent restarting, and calls to their tech service to work through glitches. We have times where the program is down for several hours at least once every few weeks, which puts a hold on our business and puts us behind. The interface is also very outdated in appearance. Also, in a sequence of tasks, if you make one mistake you cannot retrace your steps and fix it, you have to start over. Wastes a lot of time.

We use the program to ship out product, keep track of inventory, and complete transactions.

The constant innovation has enabled us to stay ahead of the eCommerce curve.

There is not much to dislike as our issues and concerns are promptly handled.

Moving to a web-based POS will make updates much more efficient.

**What do you like best about Celerant Technology?**

Celerant is good because it can be easy for older people to understand maybe. It runs on java.

**What do you dislike about Celerant Technology?**

Extremely glitchy, slow, ram-consuming, and doesn’t allow one to do many simple things like copy and pasting some thing. Many actions are needlessly complicated.

**What problems is Celerant Technology solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it as a cashiering software and as our database for ecommerce. Having the same software for both is good I suppose.

this system was very easy to learn.  with inventory inputted, the touchscreen POS makes sales tracking a simple process

the system can run slow when foot traffic gets heavy
