We can send out the agenda ahead of time for others to add their items for discussion and then the minutes go in the same document. We thought it useful enough to use for our monthly board of director meetings as well. **What do you dislike about Stratsys ESG suite?** When you attach documents to an agenda item once you open them and try to go to the next agenda item, Stratsys will freeze. The agenda being sent ahead of time to everyone's email, as well as the minutes saves me time before and after meetings. It automatically creates a PDF so all I have to do is print it, or ask everyone to digitally pull up the agenda from their emails. I always organize my notes using the bullet points and bold face/underlined font for easy reading. As a cloud based tool it has made my meetings more productive, from creating and inviting participants to sending minutes afterwards. All meeting participants instantly know what they have to do through personal to-do lists. Its Office 365 integration makes handling files a simple task. Another high point is that all meeting agendas can be saved as templates and all templates can be used to create meetings which is a real time saver **What do you dislike about Stratsys ESG suite?** For me it hasn’t been a downside of using this tool since it has helped me to have better organized my meeting structure although I would love if I could comment on the actions but other than that overall it’s a great way to improve the process to schedule and follow up the decisions made within my meetings **Recommendations to others considering Stratsys ESG suite:** I strongly recommend this app to keep the structure of the meetings in order throughout in the simplest possible way because of its user friendly interface and its Office 365 integration **What problems is Stratsys ESG suite solving and how is that benefiting you?** I mostly use it to create meeting schedules since we constantly need to have multiple sessions weekly, with Stratsys Meetings it’s easy to inform participants about the meeting and also to keep track of the actions to take from the resolutions made during those meetings. It has an integration with Office 365, this helps to simplify documents and file management, since by integrating this program within Stratsys Meetings we upload and modify the files in a much simpler way. The completion of the planned tasks and the calendar of dates are also useful to know which team or people have achieved an objective and also have an organization in the proposed tasks. **What do you dislike about Stratsys ESG suite?** It is not mandatory to comment on an action when you do it and many people do not comment because they do not want to, but others do it out of ignorance, as it is not well explained. This causes many times there is no explanation about how the action or the management the person has carried out has been carried out. Sometimes there is an error when updating the information within the system, but it is resolved waiting for the software to finish loading. **Recommendations to others considering Stratsys ESG suite:** Defining and organizing meetings and expediting the upload of files and completion of tasks is something that this software allows. It is good software to better organize the teams in the company. **What problems is Stratsys ESG suite solving and how is that benefiting you?** Increase in the quality of our meetings is something we have achieved with this software. Before, it was more complex to divide and structure both tasks and objectives and now we define and show them easier. Also with the integration with Office 365 we better manage any document we need for our projects and we can present them better in meetings. Follow up on the actions and tasks carried out to see the evolution of the projects and the work that the reuipos are doing. ### 15. It is easy to add recurring events and agendas as well as using it while running a meeting. The actions that you can assign assures that people actually complete and follow-up on what they need to do. Historical protocols is also very easy to use and ensures that you don't forget what was said in the previous meeting etc. **What do you dislike about Stratsys ESG suite?** No real dislikes but as all solutions that are not business critical, they require a high adoption rate to get real leverage. **What problems is Stratsys ESG suite solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our meetings are better organised and people are required to motivate the need for a meeting as well as preparing an agenda which is key. Today's unhealthy meeting culture requires strict rules and tools for meetings to be effective and of high value for employees and the business. ### 16. I often take notes during the meeting, including both action points and decisions, which allows participants to receive notes immediately after the meeting is concluded. Everyone can interact with both the agenda and action points. **What do you dislike about Stratsys ESG suite?** I would appreciate being able to choose to include resolved and open action items as an attachment to the minutes, so that everyone can see which outstanding items exist and who is responsible. Can help solve actions when someone else has an answer (I am in the process of formulating this more in detail for support).
