"Great for regular team meetings"

What do you like best about Stratsys ESG suite?

We use this weekly to put all of our team meeting items in one place. We can send out the agenda ahead of time for others to add their items for discussion and then the minutes go in the same document. We thought it useful enough to use for our monthly board of director meetings as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stratsys ESG suite?

When you attach documents to an agenda item once you open them and try to go to the next agenda item, Stratsys will freeze. You have to hit the back button and go into the meeting again or close the browser and open it again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Stratsys ESG suite?

I like the ability to create an agenda that also functions as the template for taking minutes. The agenda being sent ahead of time to everyone's email, as well as the minutes saves me time before and after meetings. It automatically creates a PDF so all I have to do is print it, or ask everyone to digitally pull up the agenda from their emails. I always organize my notes using the bullet points and bold face/underlined font for easy reading. Action items with deadlines, as well as reminders that automatically go out help keep us all accountable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stratsys ESG suite?

I wish there was more opportunity to format/indent the notes similar to a word document. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Excellent tool to better organize your meeting structure"

What do you like best about Stratsys ESG suite?

I love that is a very simple software with an easy to use interface that facilitates creating the meetings whenever necessary. As a cloud based tool it has made my meetings more productive, from creating and inviting participants to sending minutes afterwards. All meeting participants instantly know what they have to do through personal to-do lists. Its Office 365 integration makes handling files a simple task. Another high point is that all meeting agendas can be saved as templates and all templates can be used to create meetings which is a real time saver Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stratsys ESG suite?

For me it hasn’t been a downside of using this tool since it has helped me to have better organized my meeting structure although I would love if I could comment on the actions but other than that overall it’s a great way to improve the process to schedule and follow up the decisions made within my meetings Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I mostly use it to create meeting schedules since we constantly need to have multiple sessions weekly, with Stratsys Meetings it’s easy to inform participants about the meeting and also to keep track of the actions to take from the resolutions made during those meetings.
