"Structured meetings with defined tasks"

What do you like best about Stratsys ESG suite?

This tool is quite intuitive when it comes to organizing meetings, it has a well-ordered interface that allows you to understand the program from the beginning.

It has an integration with Office 365, this helps to simplify documents and file management, since by integrating this program within Stratsys Meetings we upload and modify the files in a much simpler way.

The completion of the planned tasks and the calendar of dates are also useful to know which team or people have achieved an objective and also have an organization in the proposed tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stratsys ESG suite?

It is not mandatory to comment on an action when you do it and many people do not comment because they do not want to, but others do it out of ignorance, as it is not well explained. This causes many times there is no explanation about how the action or the management the person has carried out has been carried out.

Sometimes there is an error when updating the information within the system, but it is resolved waiting for the software to finish loading. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Stratsys ESG suite:

Defining and organizing meetings and expediting the upload of files and completion of tasks is something that this software allows. It is good software to better organize the teams in the company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Stratsys ESG suite solving and how is that benefiting you?

Increase in the quality of our meetings is something we have achieved with this software. Before, it was more complex to divide and structure both tasks and objectives and now we define and show them easier.

Also with the integration with Office 365 we better manage any document we need for our projects and we can present them better in meetings.

Follow up on the actions and tasks carried out to see the evolution of the projects and the work that the reuipos are doing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Stratsys ESG suite?

I like the ease of use and integration with Office 365 which is at the core of the solution.

It is easy to add recurring events and agendas as well as using it while running a meeting.

The actions that you can assign assures that people actually complete and follow-up on what they need to do. Historical protocols is also very easy to use and ensures that you don't forget what was said in the previous meeting etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stratsys ESG suite?

No real dislikes but as all solutions that are not business critical, they require a high adoption rate to get real leverage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Stratsys ESG suite solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our meetings are better organised and people are required to motivate the need for a meeting as well as preparing an agenda which is key. What do you like best about Stratsys ESG suite?

The overview of different meeting series and the simplicity of creating the next meeting based on the previous one. I often take notes during the meeting, including both action points and decisions, which allows participants to receive notes immediately after the meeting is concluded. Everyone can interact with both the agenda and action points. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stratsys ESG suite?

I would appreciate being able to choose to include resolved and open action items as an attachment to the minutes, so that everyone can see which outstanding items exist and who is responsible. Can help solve actions when someone else has an answer (I am in the process of formulating this more in detail for support). On a small screen, on my laptop, it is difficult to navigate sideways without reducing the resolution, cannot access information about the meeting, open action items, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
