Stratsys does a good job of translating complex compliance requirements into models that are easy to understand and work with.

**What do you dislike about Stratsys ESG suite?**

I’ve run into a few bugs, and at times the helpdesk can be slow to respond when I need help with an issue.

**What problems is Stratsys ESG suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ESG data consolidation.

Simple to use and very flexible. It can be adjusted to our company’s needs.

**What do you dislike about Stratsys ESG suite?**

The interface isn’t always very user-friendly, and it can feel a bit unintuitive at times.

The Stratsys ESG suite supports us with our company’s climate calculations.

**What do you like best about Stratsys ESG suite?**

We use this weekly to put all of our team meeting items in one place.  We can send out the agenda ahead of time for others to add their items for discussion and then the minutes go in the same document. We thought it useful enough to use for our monthly board of director meetings as well.

**What do you dislike about Stratsys ESG suite?**

When you attach documents to an agenda item once you open them and try to go to the next agenda item, Stratsys will freeze.  You have to hit the back button and go into the meeting again or close the browser and open it again.

**Recommendations to others considering Stratsys ESG suite:**

I have no advice.  Has been pretty straightforward.

**What problems is Stratsys ESG suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having the ability for staff members to add their agenda items before the meeting saves lots of time.

**What do you like best about Stratsys ESG suite?**

I like the ability to create an agenda that also functions as the template for taking minutes. The agenda being sent ahead of time to everyone's email, as well as the minutes saves me time before and after meetings. It automatically creates a PDF so all I have to do is print it, or ask everyone to digitally pull up the agenda from their emails. I always organize my notes using the bullet points and bold face/underlined font for easy reading. Action items with deadlines, as well as reminders that automatically go out help keep us all accountable.

**What do you dislike about Stratsys ESG suite?**

I wish there was more opportunity to format/indent the notes similar to a word document.

**Recommendations to others considering Stratsys ESG suite:**

User friendly, gives you the ability to organize meetings with different categories and follow an agenda that can easily be edited.

**What problems is Stratsys ESG suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping our meetings from going off track, deadline accountability, the ability to live edit.

Ability to attach board papers and other documents to meeting agenda - board meetings are now paperless

Integration with outlook could be better especially for repeating meetings

Enables us to track meetings and actions in one place as well as cutting down on paperwork

Wish i could download all meeting notes in PDF - also the decision / follow-up tool can be improved for greater traceability

You have all the documentation in the meeting All the participants can work simultaniusly in the meeting.

Nothing. It´s easy to use and all changes are there before the meeting takes place.

Getting the agenda after the meeting to be executed

**What do you like best about Stratsys ESG suite?**

I like this tool because its more effective, easy to use and understand. Not only for meetings we can also use this for Risk Management and Audits as well. 

**What do you dislike about Stratsys ESG suite?**

The interface does look professional, but not up to the mark. There are lot of market tools that are providing better services. 


**Recommendations to others considering Stratsys ESG suite:**

Provide Agile, SCRUM and Kan-ban Methodologies in the tool. So that clients can accept it. 

**What problems is Stratsys ESG suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Meetings and Discussions.
2. Customizing as per the requirement of project.
3. Less usage for planning. 

We use more for internal team meetings, not officially though.

That you can decide and make it obvious when someone gets a task. And also set date.

Nothing. It is one system more, thats the only bad thing. Another system to log in to.

We use less time to check that everything has been done. It is clear what task what coworker have responsibilty to do.
