**What do you like best about Stratix Corporation?**

Stratix buying MobilityCG added an additional layer of expertise on the MDM side that was most welcoming and beneficial.

**What do you dislike about Stratix Corporation?**

Stratix still not able to solve the latency in provisioning equipment on the MobilityCG side.  This has left a bad look w/ our Sales team who is doing most go the requests for the past six month.

**Recommendations to others considering Stratix Corporation:**

Very easy to work with.  There is no argument, if your goal as an IT Manager is to outsource your mobility to a third party, Stratix should be first on your list to reach out to.

**What problems is Stratix Corporation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My firm can definitely see the benefits of Stratix buying MobilityCG.  Still some work to be done.

Stratix feels like a true partner, not just “another vendor.” They’re there to share their expertise and provide solutions whenever new problems come up.

Overall, I really don’t have much negative to say about Stratix. There are always frustrations when working with a vendor, but they are quick to sit down and help resolve and conflicts.

**Recommendations to others considering Stratix Corporation:**

Know the details of your business needs, and make sure you address them during contract negotiations to avoid any unplanned fees. It’s worth taking the time to go to Norcross, meet with the team, and walk through these details closely. Planning early can help prevent unexpected costs over the long term.

**What problems is Stratix Corporation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Stratix’s enterprise mobility management solutions consistently deliver mobile programs that meet—and often exceed—our end‑user expectations. **What do you like best about Stratix Corporation?**

I appreciate the availability of the small screen ruggedized Android tablets from Stratix Corporation, which we use for a variety of enterprise functions. It's been great having MCG as a partner to promptly fulfill orders, including pricing and availability of any needed accessories. Stratix has delivered on their promise, and they've been responsive and effective. I would likely give Stratix Corporation a nine out of ten when recommending them to colleagues.

**What do you dislike about Stratix Corporation?**

I'm a bit frustrated that when we were procuring devices for the first time to be delivered in Canada, it took a little while to get the details for cross border shipping. Once we had the pricing in place, we weren't expecting a delay in the future, but that delay was especially long.

**What problems is Stratix Corporation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Stratix Corporation for procuring ruggedized eight-inch Android tablets for enterprise functions, filling a gap left by other cellular carriers. They've delivered on their promise, providing responsive and effective service with good support for pricing and availability of accessories.

**What do you like best about Stratix Corporation?**

I find Stratix Corporation's support for our RMA operations for scanners in the field really valuable, including brake fix repair and the annual refresh of 2,500 plus units. I also appreciate their MDM management expertise. The people and company culture have been amazing. We work with great account reps, project managers, and sales reps, who have been instrumental in maintaining our environment, keeping it secure,  and mitigating risks. Overall, I'm very pleased with their support.

**What do you dislike about Stratix Corporation?**

I think there's opportunities to enhance their warehouse operations.

**What problems is Stratix Corporation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Stratix Corporation supports our RMA operations for scanners, provides break-fix repairs, and manages our annual refresh  project of over 2,500 units. Their account reps and support teams excel in maintaining our devices..

I would say that for short term turn around with small batches they are good. For large batches, they may be getting overwhelmed so you may have to wait until their techs catch up.

**What problems is Stratix Corporation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Stratix Corporation fixes our student devices. I have had positive and negative experiences. The most recent problem is the UI of the itrac360 site. It takes more time to fill out RMA requests and I cannot change the UI back which is why I am filling out this review. Please allow users to change the view back as the current one is frustrating and more busy with less features to allow a product work flow. More clicking to mouse movements to do the same tasks.

**What do you like best about Stratix Corporation?**

The people at Stratix are all knowledgeable in their field and great people to interact with. They care about others and make sure they are working to meet your needs. They are also able to spin things up quickly and scale appropriately to fit our needs.

**What do you dislike about Stratix Corporation?**

They are in the Eastern Timezone, so if you need a device replaced quickly you have to submit for an RMA (return material authorization) before 3PM in order to meet the shipping cutoff time. They also do not ship on the weekends.

Along the same aspect, a lot of their data is accessible via API, however their data related to SLAs or reasoning behind delayed shipments is not directly accessible. So we cannot directly confirm if they actually missed a shipping SLA due to Stratix's fault, or if it was something outside of their control and thus should not count against them such as a server or issue with something on our side. To put it simply, with the data that I can pull from Stratix, I can determine if it missed the SLA deadline, but I can't tell for the reason of the delay.

**Recommendations to others considering Stratix Corporation:**

Spend some time and get a tour of their facility, it is impressive and they really know what they are doing.

**What problems is Stratix Corporation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Stratix supports us by working with each of our departments across many different aspects of mobility products. Whenever we need to kick off a new project for a department, Stratix stays engaged and provides top-notch support and communication. They make sure we understand the current device and other product offerings, and that the device we select truly fits our specific needs without being too much or too little.

Once a project is underway, Stratix walks with us every step of the way to ensure our needs and timeline are met. If roadblocks come up, such as late product delivery from a third party, they help us brainstorm ways to work around the issue while still working toward the original deadline.

Then finally once a project has been successfully rolled out they focus tirelessly on making sure the "Day 2" support for receiving and fixing broken devices gets completed and sending out replacement devices to our users.

Stratix has worked with us on too many projects to count and has always delivered successfully on each of them.

I have been a longtime customer of Stratix Corporation, and they consistently help optimize processes for my company. I use Stratix to optimize workflow and simplify tasks. Their services have freed up real estate by providing storage, as well as aiding with provisioning and warehouse, cutting costs for us. I like their adaptability and eagerness to satisfy their customers, which was particularly evident when there was a last-minute change that inconvenienced Stratix and hindered their project, but they were quick to adjust and accommodate our needs. I also appreciate their rapid customer service and how adaptable they are to our needs.

I think Stratix could be more innovative and modern in their solutions. There are a lot of manual aspects in picking and shipping which leaves a lot of room for error.

Not truly a dislike, but we all like as many opportunities as possible to be in front of sales teams to promote products and remain top of mind.

**Recommendations to others considering Stratix Corporation:**

Stay aligned with your business development manager. Set up a reasonable cadence and of course participate when able in brand awareness activities. While virtual is fine, F2F when possible is a better way to develop relationships with their salespeople. It could take a while to narrow down which sales teams are geared to your offerings, but your development manager will be a strong advocate for that effort.

Stratix's support and sales teams  put our products in front of relevant customer prospects. Timely follow-up and a consultative team sale aid in winning new business. Stratix is consistently trustworthy and a pleasure to work with. As a hardware provider, their aid in promotion of InVue's offerings, samples and on-site training opportunities is very helpful.

My pitch to clients is simple; if you are looking for a one stop shop with a true in-house end to end process, Stratix is the place!

The real question is how many problems is Stratix helping me to solve? The answer? Its easy EVERYTHING! My experience with the Stratix team has been nothing short of amazing! From their willingness to jump in at any point of the process, productive brainstorming sessions, and powerhouse of a facility! There is nothing I have been able to throw their way that was not met with enthusiasm and max effort! As a result, I am able to continue to effectively build and maintain my client relationships but in tandem gain new ones.

**What do you like best about Stratix Corporation?**

Stratix is a great partner to use because of the flexibility in how they can support their customers. The spare pool/break fix options, staging/kitting/ call center help desk, custom cases, and provisioning are done with precision and care. Stratix isn't afraid to get their hands dirty when out in the field or in the warehouse and it shows with custom complex solutions they bring to market with their customers.

**What do you dislike about Stratix Corporation?**

I think the only "downside" might be that Stratix doesn't support as many small business or mid-market customers for AT&T. Everything with Stratix is done at scale. I would also like be more proactive in engaging on customer solutions, but this is something that we already recognize and are working on.

**What problems is Stratix Corporation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Stratix is a true solution aggregator for enterprise customers of AT&T. We have found ways to work together collaboratively to bring customers an even stickier solution with devices being connected right out of the box for zero touch deployment.

**What do you like best about Stratix Corporation?**

What I like best about Stratix Corporation is their true end-to-end managed mobility capability. Moreover, they bring deep expertise in mobile device management (MDM/UEM) with access to a wide range of platforms and vendors, which means we’re never locked into a single solution. Beyond day-to-day management, their professional services team supports complex MDM projects such as environment setup, large-scale migrations, and policy enforcement. This breadth of capability makes them a reliable partner for both ongoing operations and strategic mobility initiatives

**What do you dislike about Stratix Corporation?**

What I dislike is that mobility deployments could have stronger Canadian coverage, and some of the platforms Stratix provides are resold from other vendors. This can occasionally introduce complexity in integration and management, though their team does a good job mitigating it.

**What problems is Stratix Corporation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Stratix helps us offload the complexity of managing a large, diverse mobile fleet. They solve problems around device lifecycle (procurement, staging, kitting,  and retirement), end-user support, and UEM administration. When we need a partner to add real value on large mobility engagements, Stratix brings the scale, expertise, and resources to deliver consistently.

The benefit is clear: faster device deployments, reduced downtime for our frontline workers, better visibility into costs and assets through itrac360, and more bandwidth for our IT team to focus on strategic initiatives. Ultimately, Stratix improves employee satisfaction and productivity while helping us control costs and streamline operations

Stratix speaks the same language as our sales team. 
Great communication - Tony Glinski is our main contact and always available. We are thankful to have Tony as our rep!
Customer centric focus is key for Lockncharge in identifying our strategic partnerships. 
Stratix is always innovating their offerings and thinking about how they can better a customer environment.

**What do you dislike about Stratix Corporation?**

We are an emerging technology in a large suite of solutions that Stratix offers. With this comes slow adoption and training around our solution with the sales team. We are working on plans to accelerate this, but the adoption to this point has been slow when it comes to adding deals to our pipeline with smart lockers. We will get there though! :)

**Recommendations to others considering Stratix Corporation:**

Review literature and verbiage to ensure that when you do speak with Stratix reps that you use the same language. Lockncharge and Stratix are solving for similar pain points in mobile environments. I have found that using Stratix language helps for reps to better understand what we do for a customer. They are always extremely accommodating in ensuring quick service, as well as working with franchisees to ensure no franchisee is left behind or forgotten. I appreciate how kind and friendly they are, as well as how quickly and willing they are to work on any special requests.

**What do you dislike about Stratix Corporation?**

Occasionally, when a franchisee is experiencing an issue and needs to replace their iPad, the time for an RMA can be longer than what was originally anticipated (i.e. supposed to be overnighted once the Franchisee's package is scanned at the ship center). Because it takes some time for the carrier to notify Franchisee that they have the package, it can sometimes cause delays in how fast a Franchisee is shipped a replacement device.

Stratix helps our company provide Digital Cake Books to our Franchisees, a digital take on showing guests all of our cake and dessert offerings at the shop level. Stratix customizes and configures each device to their specific shop's online menu, which takes a lot of work off the Franchisee's plate when it comes to maintaining their cake and dessert menus. Also, the Franchisee receives their iPad fully charged, and ready to go with our app already programmed on the device, as well as all extra applications removed to prevent guests from surfing the web while navigating our Cake Book.

There are a lot of procedures, which can take time; they are very rigid in their processes, which is a difficult transition for a company that has been overwhelmingly flexible in providing service to end users. It has definitely been an adjustment. That being said, those policies and procedures exist for a reason, it's just a tough transition for some of our end users.

Stratix has exceeded expectations for all onboardings, even when crunched for time, but its better to ensure you have the expectations set early in all project.

Stratix solved our business challenges outsourcing out 24x7 help desk, procurement support, and logistics help.  Their service performance is outstanding keeping escalations common in support business off my desk and keeping client satisfaction through the roof.
