Ensure you understand what lead times you need to effectively onboard the services you expect. If you rush yourself or your client, it will put everyone in a bad position for delivery. Stratix has exceeded expectations for all onboardings, even when crunched for time, but its better to ensure you have the expectations set early in all project. What problems is Stratix Corporation solving and how is that benefiting you?

Stratix solved our business challenges outsourcing out 24x7 help desk, procurement support, and logistics help.
