During my graduate studies, I had the opportunity to work extensively with MicroStrategy platform as part of a comprehensive data analytics project. It is definitely a game changer for data driven projects. While using this platform I liked the most the advanced analytics capabilities that had to offer. It allowed me to forecast outcomes and test different hypotheses with high degree of precision.

The other thing I liked most about this tool is the ability to create dashboards. The drag and drop interface was very impressive and intuitive for me as a first time user. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There were not many downsides when using this tool. As a first time user I had a bit of trouble of finding enough documentation and online resources for creating dashboards.
