StratEdge Global is an Employer of Record (EOR) provider helping Seed-to-Series B startups hire and manage talent across 85+ countries — without setting up a local entity. We handle compliant onboarding, payroll, benefits, and termination in every market we operate in, so founders can focus on building rather than navigating foreign labor law. What sets us apart: new hires are activated within 48 hours, health insurance is included from Day One (not sold as an add-on), and every employee gets a branded welcome kit, security & compliance training, and full access to our in-house HRMS platform — all built into our standard pricing rather than billed separately. We work primarily with startups expanding into the US, Canada, and Australia, as well as founders building India-based teams. If you're hiring your first international employee or scaling a distributed team, StratEdge Global removes the compliance and infrastructure burden so you can move fast. www.stratedgeglobal.com
