I do not have many complaints about Syntellis Performance Solutions. If I had to pick something, it would be that some of the analytic solution products looks antiquated. Axiom can tailor to your company's unique needs. It can build around your company's budgeting and profitability needs. The reporting ability is endless. If there is a lender, market, product, customer, etc. that you want to review profitability on, you have the abilitiy to build the report and see exactly what you want. Even though reporting is almost unlimited, writing and creating the reports can be difficult depending on the complexity of the information and report type. Learning what tables has each piece of information you are trying to pull into your report and how to stack up the queries takes time to learn. We love that Axiom is extremely flexible and that it allows us to customize virtually any aspect of the system that we desire. We have used Axiom to enhance our Productivity monitoring and customized the standard reporting and expanded it to web-based productivity dashboards all within Axiom. The standard data, along with some additional custom tables, have enabled us to build a standardized position request system that integrates the productivity and financial performance data that enables our position committee to make informed decisions that will benefit the patients and organization. For us, Axiom is an invaluable tool that we use to ensure that patient needs are met through proper planning and budgeting as well as monitoring and forecasting our financial performance. Axiom leverages an Excel-based architecture for the department budget interface and reports. The familiarity of the interface allows our technical teams to quickly onboarded self-serve reporting capabilities that surpass our previous systems. The most significant downside to Axiom is its current labor budget methodology. The initial roll forward of labor creates expected results--changes in department volume will increase or decrease hours. However, any inputs by the End User will break the link between volume and hours, which requires constant reconciliation to ensure the output is realistic.

In addition, our budget process has been drastically enhanced using the Axiom budgeting tools which allow us to incorporate budget inputs at the branch level while also allowing us to quickly and easily pull top of the house budgets and reports.
