Responsiveness & receptiveness to feedback

We've had a few hiccups along the way, but we always address things & they get better.

**Recommendations to others considering StraightIn:**

Again: This isn't a magical service that gets you to all the right people with no effort from you. You have to know your target (and how to narrow it) in order for straightin to get you the results you want. Have a vision, then work with their team on creating it. They will get you the leads as long as you tell them what exactly it is you want. That's been my experience.

**What problems is StraightIn solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Emily has been managing our account this year, and she's great. Super responsive & organized. When we want to make changes, they are fast and accurate. I believe with lead generation, you get out what you put in, and no one know your targets like YOU. So you have to work with the straightin team to tailor/narrow your targets properly. When we've done this, the results have increasingly more positive. Overall, the results we are getting seems worth the cost. We've made a bunch of new connections & we have a few leads every few days to follow up with.
