"Well-adjustable tool and pleasant experience"
4/5
What do you like best about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?

One of the standout features of Stova is its exceptional customer support, which is both prompt and respectful. The platform’s features are generally intuitive and user-friendly, even for first-time users. This ease of use is further enhanced by the comprehensive training sessions provided by Stova. Additionally, the ability to effortlessly transfer details from one event to another significantly enhances the user experience, making implementation seamless and efficient. What do you dislike about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?

Some setting options are occasionally placed illogically. For example, working on the speakers column for the website must be done through the registrations section, which can be confusing at times. It zould be much better to have double access to some features, but I beleive that this could be possible in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Support is very good"
4/5
What do you like best about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?

The support works really well - you get instant response with any queries.

Stova seems to have many things on offer but we seem to be only touching the surface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?

I haven't got another system to compare it with but sometimes it feels you need to be quite IT savvy to make the formatting look good for templates and emails.

You should be able to search for an attendee and see all previous courses they have been on in one click and you cannot do this without running a report. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Our partnership with Stova helps drive our success"
5/5
What do you like best about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?

What we value most about working with Stova is our partnership. The team at Stova works hard to understand our unique needs, comes to the table with solutions and tailors support to our organization. On top of the relationship, we are also very satisfied with the product offering. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?

In the past we experienced high turnover within the Stova team, and it was frustrating for a couple of years. Recently this has improved and we are aligned with a very supportive and responsive team at Stova. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Overall positive experience but would love more enhancements"
4/5
What do you like best about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?

Overall, like the functionality of the software and the opportunity to connect with support via chat 24/7 if needed. In recent months support has also been effective at resolving issue at the time of outreach vs saying they need to investigate and get back which has also been very positive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?

The website design could use enhancements to keep up with other software designers.

Would love better communication about enhancements to the platform.

Would love more design functions available in the event registration area to match more closely the website options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Good to use. Amazing service."
4/5
What do you like best about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?

Easily the most helpful thing about Stova is the staff and user support service. Efficient, fast and friendly. Nothing tech related is easy for me and they make it all less frightening for me! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stova (Formerly Meetingplay & Aventri)?

Stova is super flexible which can be an issue for my organisation. It is a little to easy for our staff to misuse! But that is an 'us' problem not Stova. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
