What do you like best about Storyteq?

The simplicity. With its simple UI/UX it's easy to create your first template. Training tools are available to help you but it's so straightforward and user friendly you won't need them to get started. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Storyteq?

I'd like to be able to click and drag around the canvas, or zoom into a specific point on the canvas rather than just into the mddle. But other than that, no dislikes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Regarding the click and drag, in our menu on top of the canvas you'll see a few icons. One of those icons is a hand. If you would like to drag around the canvas while zooming or when zoomed in already, use the hand to make that possible. This should help.

What do you like best about Storyteq?

One of the great benefits of the Storyteq platform is how quickly some of the templates can be built and made available. These templates can then be used by our colleagues to self-serve the creation of a variety of assets in many sizes and languages that previously required a designer to update even if it was a minor text change. What do you dislike about Storyteq?

Not many things really, but it would be easier if templates that were in development or still being tested were not visible to the Stakeholders/creators until fully approved Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Storyteq?

The After Effects plugin is for me the star. It's intuitive, easy to learn and complex enough to do some great things. Support is pretty amazing too, the team is always happy and eager to help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Storyteq?

Not being able to send the project straight away to the website but this is being looked at and will be implemented soon.

What do you like best about Storyteq?

First and foremost, Storyteq's product, the extension and the platform.

Storyteq has created a powerful and intuitive extension for After Effects video templates. By uploading the template to their platform, you can create unlimited iterations of a video. Both are simple to use with the help of their training sessions.

This brings me to my second point, the quality of the service. Storyteq takes the time to train their clients to use the product with a Slack troubleshooting discussion groups, the possibility of sending them the AE project file, or even monthly meetings. The team is also very genuine and is always available when you need help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Storyteq?

I find the process of creating a template rather long, but I know the v2 coming soon will have a faster process to improve workflow.

I've also had some difficulties with uploading templates and exporting media, but as mentioned above, the team has always helped me get through the issue to finalize a project. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Storyteq?

Once a template is created, it's easy to quickly create batches of banners with different formats. Their template builder gives a good overview of the versions you created. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Storyteq?

My team have been using Storyteq for the best part of 12 months and I can say it has transformed the way in which we work.

It has given us the ability by using storyteq to free up resource as most of our general day to day creative briefs have now vanished as stakeholders across the business are self serving the assets they need.

The software itself has amazing capabilities but the best thing I can possibly say about the company is, the team. The team work really hard to deliver what we need and how we need it and have spent many development hours tweaking and changing to suit our businesses needs.

The level of detail and commitment Simon and the team have provided us is first class and no job too big or small seems to be an issue.

- Innovative. Their solution is a very innovative one. The possibilities are almost endless and the results will create that wow feeling in your customers.

- Efficient. Despite being a complex solution, its use is simple and straightforward. You will get the results you want in minutes.

What do you like best about Storyteq?

One of my favorite things about working with the ST team is their ability to problem-solve with us - they all have "can-do" attitudes and are incrediblely willing to work with us whenever we have questions / needs for our specific clients. Additionally, their creative automation platform has increased the speed and ease of our production immensely. On a day-to-day level, using ST has made my life easier. What do you dislike about Storyteq?

Truthfully, one of the only things that is a pain point is the time difference between the ST team and ours (we're located in Chicago). What do you like best about Storyteq?

Regarding your mentioned improvements, I'm happy to tell you that we just released a major overhaul to our asset manager, allowing you to properly organize your assets. We are currently thinking on how to do the same for Templates page, as we get this request more often. So, this is definitely on our roadmap.
