We are all about automation and production at scale, so we are happy to hear you are leveraging our tech for that purpose. About new codecs and compressions, we have recently added a feature that allows you to change the output settings per template. While that in itself does not allow for h265 and AV1 at present, it opened the possibility of adding more options faster. It's great to hear we are helping you save time when creating banner ads! As you mentioned, some features are only visible to our internal teams. But it's important to know that we always strive to make all features available self-serve. If you're missing something, please speak to your Customer Success Manager and they will be able to explain why you still cannot do something yourself and when that will be possible. I also have good news sharing media externally. We are implementing a new review tool that will assist you with that task, allowing for a more comprehensive QA. In the meantime, you can still share links (individually) or export to CSV (for multiple media or batches). Using assets from different DAMs in Storyteq varies according to the permissions and technical possibilities of each platform. Custom integrations are also possible in case that is a requirement on your side. Storyteq is a great tool for creating content in a way that's very flexible and dynamic. The way the platform is set up allows us to edit the content we're creating on the spot, with many options for personalization. The support team is also very responsive, friendly and helpful! However, when it comes to in-screen video elements, there are not many options to, for example, move around individual parts of the content. In some cases this would be quite helpful.
