I would say its very easy to use, cost effective. Moreover its user friendly beginner can be pro in no time. Content can be personalized perfectly. Very easy to make customized video. At one point we faced some rendering issues, but solves as quickly as possible. First we experience some delay in customer support service but now everything's good.
