Knowing your specific use case and being part of your journey, I'm happy you see how Storyteq's creative automation can speed your creative output even with the 2 main roadblocks you mentioned. Indeed, mixing Arabic and Latin characters in the same text box is still not possible. But if all text is in Arabic within the same text box, you can still leverage the current templates without issues. For the specific display vendors you use, unfortunately, our HTML code was not supported. We are always working to remove barriers but some of them are harder than others. What I like the most about Storyteq is its simplicity. It's very direct and effective. The user interface is clean and intuitive. What do you dislike about Storyteq? I can't think of something that I dislike. There is some future scope in guided tutorials for newcomers and adding more design templates. I have run into a number of glitches (which I know will get resolved!) but its happened multiple time where there's a Storyteq glitch and the program will continully crash, leaving me unable to complete more templates. Crunch has over 300 individual, franchise clubs and each clubs wants and needs different digital assets for their market. Prior to Storyteq, we had to individually make hundreds of assets, which is too time consuming and inefficent. We still do not have plans to launch a (mobile) Storyteq app since our product has lots of advanced features that are optimized for desktops, but it could be interesting to allow users to generate assets on the go.
