What do you like best about StoryStream?

The tool helped us actively seek and display UGC content. I enjoy how easy it is to see the changes on our site when we select new content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StoryStream?

Filtering content can be tricky and not receiving good content from Facebook is also a challenge because we have a lot of active users on that platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is StoryStream solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about StoryStream?

The efficiency. UGC is a big part of our Social Media strategy - and thanks to Story Stream I can work much more efficiently than before. It's the automation of so much manual work that makes StoryStream a game changer for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The platform is so extensive that it takes quite some time to get geonboarded. However, the service and support is great, and I'm looking forward to mastering the platform completely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

That publications cannot be found by geolocation. It would be ideal to be able to find the content equally by region without only using the hashtags Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about StoryStream?

Storystream takes the stress out of updating UGC and media content. A very supportive team and integrates easily onsite. It keeps the experience fresh for our customers. The ability to have high-value CTAs built into the content is also good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StoryStream?

So far I've not found anything to be missing from Storystream. We are in the process of rolling it out to cover more brands in our portfolio. The team could do a quarterly round up of best practice in our industry to help push us to use the areas of the tool we aren't using to full capacity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
