What I like most is the ease of setup. Once you get into the platform and set it up, it's very efficient. I can set up a testimonial campaign within just a few minutes. The customizations are amazing too. I can customize pretty much any aspect of the platform based off of what my ultimate goal and objectives are for that testimonial campaign. StoryPrompt makes it easy, efficient, and gives me a process to scale the collection of testimonials across various stakeholders, including alumni, students, colleagues, and business to business partners. Since each stakeholder has a different way of speaking to their constituents, StoryPrompt lets me change the messaging, the voice, and the branding to match who I'm targeting. It also lets me customize the method in which testimonials are collected, via text, video, or audio, which works well in an organization where there are multiple stakeholders. In one alumni campaign, because I could customize text and video and let the user decide how they wanted to provide the testimonial, our engagement rate was fourfold over anything else we've done. The setup was easy and fairly seamless. Our representative was great, she came in and explained everything and did a training for our stakeholder teams and internal licensees. Customer service was good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I had trouble easily contacting customer service, mostly due to the time difference since I am in the US and StoryPrompt is based outside of the US. So sometimes the time difference was a bit of a hindrance. Customer service access and response timing was the issue — customer service was good, it's just the time difference. I would like extended support hours, potentially twenty four seven, to cover the time zones in the US. I would say twenty four seven live chat support would be great.
