What I like most is the flexibility of asynchronous video. I don't need to see every customer in real time to communicate in a personalised way, I can send a video when I want to and get a response when they have time. This format feels more human and the interaction feels more intimate and authentic than a simple written response. The variety of user-generated content is incredible. Simple, fun and straightforward client walk-through process. Immediately when you sign up, you are walked through your very first Prompt. I'm especially impressed with the way they set up your own teleprompter for the video. They even include the option for b-roll through their media library. The final video reply to your Prompt can be stylized in any way you want, especially in your branding colors. This is a solidly built platform with a wonderful user interface. What problems is StoryPrompt solving and how is that benefiting you? Usually I have to get the client to be on a call with me to record the testimonial video. Now, it's just two clicks (copy and paste your Prompt video and send to client), the client gets instructions and it's all professionally done. Also it integrates with Zapier which helps me connect it to ConvertKit so I can mass email the request for testimonials. This is incredibly easy to implement and saves a lot of time. It's a great way to capture short videos which is useful for things such as getting customer feedback or testimonials about a product. It's an easy way to quickly skim video without having to open and close a lot of videos which can be large, chunky files. The UI is also really clean and enjoyable to use.
