I really like that we have many options to explore in communications, in addition to the ease of use and being very intuitive. Furthermore, the team is always willing to help us and fix the bugs. Not only for help and correction, it is important to highlight how extensive it is when the team shows us features we are not familiar with and indicates how we can use them.
