What do you like best about Storyly?

I like the versatility it has to be able to publish, everything is very well explained, the support team has answered every question and they have suggested different solutions to the problems that need to be solved, you can be very creative or veiled in the moment that is required C: Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Storyly?

I would like to be able to edit the texts directly in the viewer and not have to go to the controllers on the right side, I would also like to be able to edit the CTAs much more in depth to give a version much more similar to the one we use in the company, but I know they are working on those types of details, without a doubt it continues to surprise me every time I enter STORYLY. c: Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We can share direct messages from our app, true information without having to use channels where the truthfulness can be skewed, quickly, we can think in 360 since the connectivity of channels helps us structure content on social networks, which can be shown in our application Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Storyly?

I truly appreciate the StoriLy team for their exceptional attention and unwavering support. While I find the platform to be generally effective and useful, there are times when it doesn’t feel as user-friendly as I would like. Some features can be a bit challenging to navigate or take a little extra time to get used to. However, overall, it gets the job done, and the benefits far outweigh any minor difficulties. At Stori, we’re using StoriLy to promote on-time payments, and it’s become one of the best-performing metrics we have. The platform has been instrumental in helping us communicate effectively with our users, encouraging timely payments in a way that resonates with them. Additionally, it has played a significant role in improving our recovery rate, allowing us to engage with users who may have fallen behind and guide them toward successful repayment. What do you like best about Storyly?

Storyly is an incredible tool that we use for getting to know our mobile app users as well as for increasing our DAU and MAU through engaging content as well as through some fun games and giveaways. Since we started using Storyly, we have active story groups at all times and we check analytics and performance every day. The analytics pages gives us beautiful insights on our audience. We are currently finalizing setting up Storyly to be used for pop-ups that are triggered by logging in to the app or by clicking on certain buttons. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Storyly?

Integrating EVAM with Storyly, for the purpose of being able to segment our stories based on different parameters, was the most difficult and lenghty process. It took over two months from defining the task to fully completing it. However, at this point the integration works and we are already starting to make good use of it.

UPDATE: Segmentation works beautifully, so it was all worth it.

Additionally, we would like to use Storyly for popups that appear when a customer logs in to inform them whenever there is any kind of a technical issue in the app - however, we ran into the problem that we struggle to figure out how to do this, so that 1 customer does not see the same popup, for example, 10 times within a day (if they log in 10 times on that day).

UPDATE: This was fixed, so we shall soon be able to utilize the pop-up function of Storyly.

Wehn uploading a video as a story, we would like to be able to see the video playing in the studio rather than it being just a static snapshot.

Wehn uploading multiple files at the same time in the studio, we would like to have them appear in the same order that they were selected in from the folder - now they are all always mixed up.

When uploading a video to the studio, we would like to have the option for the video to be uploaded as a single story or automatically split in to multiple (choose between 1 to 10 for example) shorter videos and screens.

Last but not least, no matter how many issues we run into or how many questions we have, we constantly receive the best support by your team - thank you for always being available to answer our questions, Brade, and for always involving your collegues when needed. What problems is Storyly solving and how is that benefiting you?

Storyly is primarily helping with getting to know our audience as well as with increasing our DAU and MAU. Ultimately, knowing our audience better means that we have a better understanding of what app features and services we should focus on developing. Increasing our DAU/MAU means that our customers start seeing our app more as a necessity and a tool that helps them in their daily life.

What do you dislike about Storyly?

No doubt every client Storyly has mange stories differently. If we were to be picky, it would be amazing to be able to categorise some assets that we upload for easier application, however this is very minor. What problems is Storyly solving and how is that benefiting you?

Storyly has completely changed how we communicate to our customers on platform.

Previously we would rely on static banners on our homepage to inform our customers of things like product launches, promotions, what's happening across our community etc. Storyly and stories have enabled us to communicate these in a far more dynamic and engaging way with customers, driving higher conversion on key things vs the old experience. What do you like best about Storyly?

In addition to the features that Storyly provides, the fact that this product is constantly improving itself and the proactive recommendations of the Engagement Team, which proposes use-case scenarios simultaneously with these features, are my favorite aspects of this product. What do you dislike about Storyly?

Nothing, just nothing!I can honestly say that I recommend everyone to use this product as a must have addition to their mobile existence.As a single additional need, the introduction of stickers for the concept and special days, as in Instagram, may be useful for the adaptation of the users to the story format Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Storyly solving and how is that benefiting you?

The content creation process was a grueling process for a Finance app like ours. We clearly solved this with Storyly! At the same time, we can offer personalized content very comfortably and this was not even possible in other 3rd party collaborations we used before. What do you like best about Storyly?

I really like that we have many options to explore in communications, in addition to the ease of use and being very intuitive. Furthermore, the team is always willing to help us and fix the bugs. Not only for help and correction, it is important to highlight how extensive it is when the team shows us features we are not familiar with and indicates how we can use them. What do you dislike about Storyly?

We have some problems with the "dirty" base of the spreadsheet when we download the report of the results, where we need to manually process to exclude blank data or archived groups that are downloaded even without being selected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have less data about our users since it is a DeFi Wallet and users don't register with email, birthdate, gender etc.

What do you dislike about Storyly?

More precise adjustments can be made to the reporting system on the dashboard. For example, I should be able to obtain the analysis of the stoy groups opened for 3 different target audiences in a single report.
