It requires no manual follow up on the content posted by creators, this is very time consuming and calls for human errors when done manually but with storyclash you don't need to worry during weekends or evenings if you might have missed any content. Also that it saves the creators content so that you can find previous posted content and get an overview of what type of content they usually post. The platform has a lot of features that helps us in our daily influencer marketing tasks = It saves us a lot of time as it's automated and everything is done within the platform. The CRM system helps us a lot when seraching for new and similar influencers. Easy to navigate on the platform and to understand how it works. Even though a lot of the daily work can be automaized with the help of Storyclash there are still a lot of manual steps, like putting tags on the profiles - it would be helpful if you could do it in bulk or on several profiles at the same time within a list. Also that we currently have to email profiles separetly as we want to mention them by name and send PDF files to them. A lot of manual and time consuming work; like finding new profiles and saving them in diferent lists are solved by Storyclash in an efficient way. Normally this would be very time consuming . Also that you can easily strucutre the campaigns so that when we work as a team within a campaign or when someone is away you can always keep track on what step or what should be done next with the influencer. The discovery function with the data displayed for each influencer is also very precise. The support and the entire Storyclash team are very courteous and helpful. Our Customer Success Manager Romy helps with every issue and has provided excellent on-site training. The USP of the platform is definitely the AI search function. This is already working very well.
