We prefer to have the contact with the influencers directly in DM because we find it more likely to get a personal relationship with the influencer. That is not possible through Storyclash even though we use the email function in some cases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Tool is really easy to use and offers a variety of useful features that make the selection process much easier. I find it particularly helpful that it shows the most important KPIs at a glance and you can see which brands an influencer has worked with and how often. This allows me to assess more quickly and efficiently whether an influencer is suitable for working with us.

It sometimes takes a while until all information about certain influencers are fully displayed. This can slow down the workflow when you want to make quick decisions. Another point concerns the Smartsearch function. While generally helpful, it sometimes displays influencers who are very advertising heavy. By providing estimated stats about influencers, Storyclash accelerates our workflow and decision processes. The lookalike tool helps finding new influencers within a special segment. While lookalike or other acquisition tools sometimes work great, at other times, it isn't quite clear what the suggestions are based on, since they aren't very similar, especially outside of the DACH region. It would be great to be able to select all countries worldwide, some (esp. smaller ones) are not included for us. I loved that I could easily download up to 12-months worth of content from a range of influencer feeds straight from the platform - no more saving Insta storys 24/7 for colab campaigns.
