I think it takes some time to use and get a hang of. Even though there are features that allow us to get ideas going, getting it to work for us and particular projects can be confusing, especially when many people are involved. It also takes time to get a hang of the particular tools that allow us to organize data in a certain way and move the data to assignments and calendar items.
