StorMagic is running for years now without any trouble. The prices for support did not increase much, there are no technical issues and the only thing our IT needs to do are
- renew the service contract
- get updates from time to time (yearly)
In the few cases where a contact to customer Support was needed it was always very efficient because we could directly contact a technical employee instead of being in line for longer times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have been using StorMagic to eliminate downtime of our server and remote accessing of files during remote working.I find best about this platform is its cost effectiveness and user interface.
