You'll get a reply within 15min, at night! This adds a lot of solidity to the product in general. I can't say anything about the amount of features. all configuration is done within the web interface. The fact they've added the cloud witness feature (hosted in Stormagic AWS, and minimal config for the customer) is great. **What do you dislike about StorMagic?** The fact that it doesn't add as much value to each platform it sits on. It feels as if it's built and tested on vmware. It's more practical to setup on ESX hosts. On Hyper-V, there are much more things to consider when it comes to shared storage. But one has to question if this isn't just a MS problem rather than Stormagic. (Windows Failover Cluster configuration experience is required) **What problems is StorMagic solving and how is that benefiting you?** Sales and running costs of Stormagic are far below the costs of a physical SAN + disks. Stormagic targets exactly those SMB's where all servers fit on 2 server nodes. It integrates in existing environments or can be setup on new hardware. In Europe, most SMB's work like this, but struggle to maintain the servers because they operate independant from each other. Stormagic combines storage in 1 pool, making it fast and easy to migrate running servers from one node to the other. Maintenance can be done, redundancy is added when hardware fails. So you get quite good value for your money. That being said, there are also open source solutions with enterprise support, that can be setup to do all of the above for 1/5 of the cost.
