StoriiCare is an AI-powered EHR and care management platform for adult day care centers, assisted living providers, and care homes. Trusted by over 300 care providers across 11 countries, it combines clinical documentation, private pay and Medicaid billing, and family engagement in one easy-to-use system. Care staff use StoriiCare to document care digitally, replacing paper records and reducing administrative time. Administrators gain real-time oversight across their organization. Families stay informed and connected to their loved ones through activity updates and shared care profiles. StoriiCare includes Skye, a built-in AI agent designed for care environments. Skye helps staff draft progress notes, identifies patterns in care data, and guides teams through documentation workflows. No technical expertise is required. On the clinical side, StoriiCare covers the full care lifecycle. Teams can complete care assessments, manage individualized care plans, record medication administration, log ADLs, write progress notes, and report incidents and falls.
