There is a way to implement more colours or different layouts?

I understand the idea of a basic look, but unfortunately I have to say that it doesn't look modern or adapt to products which I implement kanban to (Google drive etc.) Also I think that there's the dire need of a better user customisation, as it's not user friendly enough: without font managing...
