**What do you like best about StoreMaven?**

There are a few things I really like about Storemaven: 

1. The ability to see how users interact with my app and what areas need improvement
2. The heatmaps are really helpful in seeing where users are struggling or getting confused
3. The data is presented in a way that is easy to understand
4. The team is very responsive and helpful
5. The platform is constantly being updated with new features
6. It's very affordable
7. It integrates well with other tools
8. The support is excellent
9. The platform is very user-friendly
10. Overall, it's a great tool that has helped me improve my app's conversion rate.

**What do you dislike about StoreMaven?**

There are a few things I dislike about Storemaven:

1. The platform can be a bit overwhelming at times because there is so much data
2. It can be difficult to segment users properly
3. The heatmaps can be hard to interpret
4. The data can be slow to load at times
5. Some of the features are still in beta and can be buggy
6. The team is not always responsive
7. The platform is not always updated with new features
8. The support can be lacking
9. The platform is not very user-friendly
10. Overall, it's a great tool but it can be difficult to use at times.

**What problems is StoreMaven solving and how is that benefiting you?**

StoreMaven is helping us solve a number of problems, including:

Still a great platform almost 10 years after its conception in 2014!

**What do you dislike about StoreMaven?**

There aren't many downsides. Lots of great things!

**What problems is StoreMaven solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Predicative Texting is so important, and it allows for the best design.
