StoreBay is self-storage management software for UK operators with any number of sites. It helps you fill more units, automate the day-to-day and run every site from one place. Fill more units. StoreBay hosts a storage website for you, on your own web address, with your live availability and prices. Customers choose a unit, sign their licence and pay by card or set up a Direct Debit, at any hour. Offers can be aimed at the sites and unit types you want to fill, and website enquiries arrive on one board, with the calls due today. Automate the day-to-day. Direct Debit or card is collected automatically. Failed card payments are retried, and reminders and late fees follow a schedule you set. Monthly invoices are emailed with the PDF attached. Customers pay, download invoices and ask to move out in their own account. Licences are signed online or recorded from paper, and time-stamped by an independent service so any later change would show. Run every site from one place. Live floor plans for each site, each customer's agreements, payments, emails and notes together on one page, and reports on occupancy, revenue, arrears and VAT across every site, which you can build, save and have emailed on a schedule. Unlimited staff logins, with roles you define down to single permissions. Your data. Your main records are held on servers in London, and StoreBay never sees card numbers. Reports, invoices and payments download as spreadsheets whenever you like. One plan, from £63/mo +VAT, includes your first 50 units, then 48p +VAT a unit, with unlimited sites and no setup fee. Payment fees are your provider's own, with nothing added by StoreBay. We import your customers, units and agreements from your current system or a spreadsheet, and you check a preview before anything is saved.
